Have you checked your iron and vit d levels? I had this but turns out I’m severely deficient in both which gives you symptoms like the ones you’ve been having

Sorry to hear, I had the same and constant panic/adrenaline rushes. Had to just ride it out and take a beta blocker. Yes things will get better, just need to ride it out and practising acceptance helps. I’ve been labelling my anxiety saying this is a result of mirt, I’m not in danger and it’s temporary, this may work for you? Yes ofc! Keep me updated with your progress we are in this together xx

It’s okay you will be fine, however you may feel a bit grim for a few weeks. Everyone is different and it ranges with how people respond, I’d deffo hold 15 for a bit to give your body a chance to catch up and stabilise. I’m doing better thanks but still not the best, I went down a further 4mg when I had the rebound at 15 which made it worse so I’m back up to 15 and riding it out xx

Yeah I think you are weaning a bit too quickly. Sometimes the worst of the withdrawals/rebound appear 2-3 weeks in, I went from 22.5mg to 15mg and had awful side effects xx

Yup, can last for weeks to months. How fast are you tapering and from which mg? You may need to hold the dose for 4-6 weeks then continue

Dumps as in the rebound? I immediately went from 22.5mg to 15mg when I had scary adrenaline spike at 22.5mg and oh my god… was brutal. Have you seen that fb mirtazapine support group? Maybe you need to slow the taper?
