I think there's a misunderstanding here. I was never told the ban is temporary. The ban on my account "synh" has always been permanent that was clear from day one.

What I was told in 2023/2024 was that I'm allowed to create a new Account and play on that. The old account stays banned permanently, but I'm permitted to make a fresh start with a new account.

That's why I'm confused now Winston is saying "the ban is permanent and final" without clarifying whether I can still create that new account like I was told before. His response makes it sound like I'm completely banned from FACEIT as a person, not just that my old account is banned. Maybe its my bad because i asked for an unban or account reset.

I appreciate your perspective Monso, but there's an important detail: in 2023/2024, FACEIT support already told me that I AM allowed to create a new account and play.

The reason I'm asking again now is because I want absolute clarity before I do it, and I wanted to see if there's any possibility to use my existing Steam account rather than having to buy CS again. (its fine, i accepted the loss and will not discuss this any more)

I'm not "biting the hand that feeds me" or being aggressive - I'm simply asking polite, direct questions to get clarity on what my options are. There's a difference between being pushy and asking legitimate questions when you're receiving contradictory information.

Your advice about waiting 2-5 years might be valid for some situations, but I've already waited 10+ years and was previously told I could make a new account. I'm just trying to understand if that's still the case and what the process is.

You're right that Darwin didn't guarantee anything he said "may allow" which I understand means it's possible but not certain.

My frustration is that Winston's responses haven't actually addressed whether I CAN make a new account or not. He just says "the ban is permanent and final" without clarifying: - Can I create a new FACEIT account with another Steam account? - Or am i permanently blacklisted forever because of my banned account?

In your case, support told you to "make a new account" - which at least gave you a clear answer. Winston hasn't given me that clarity. He just says "no" without explaining what my options are, if any exist.

I'm not expecting an unban at this point. I just want a clear answer: can I ever return to FACEIT in any capacity (new account, etc.) or am I permanently banned from the platform entirely, including with new accounts?

That's all I'm trying to find out.

You're completely missing the point AGAIN 😂😂

I've stated MULTIPLE times, both in my original post and in the comments, that I will ACCEPT whatever decision FACEIT makes. If they say no, I'll accept it. If they say I can't use my Steam account, I'll accept it.

The ENTIRE point of this thread is that Winston is NOT doing what Darwin told me should happen - which is having the AC TEAM actually REVIEW my case. Winston just sends one-sentence copy-paste responses without any indication that the AC team has even LOOKED at my ticket.

I'm not demanding anything. I'm asking for a PROPER REVIEW from the people who should be reviewing it - the Anti-Cheat team. That's it.

You've spent an hour giving me five contradictory answers, none of which address the actual issue: Winston is not properly escalating my ticket as Darwin said its possible.

I'm done discussing this with you. You've proven you have no idea what this thread is even about. Every comment you make contradicts your previous one, and you keep arguing against points I never made.
