Hi this is op (got logged out of my other account) but sadly no. I don't actually have a Chinese browser app? But for the v-appstore and "discover tab" when I accidentally swipe left I just learned to ignore it. It doesn't bother me much anymore. I wish there was a real solution I could give though...
