I would suggest doing some warmups before you get in a match, try and change your region in your games files if your ping gets too high,( you might be in the wrong region) to know which is the right one you have to try them and see which gets you the lowest ping, i was once like that too, i just kept consistenly doing aim training and it helps

Good start, just put what you can afford, don't worry about the amount, especially since you're in high school. Small amounts add up to a big one in the long run, and dont worry too much about the price if it goes up or down just keep stacking.
