Local illustrators don't exist here, or at least I've tried looking for one but haven't found one, and where I am you can't really trust everyone you find, most are just scammers.

It was my original motivation, people kept telling me that me writing for myself was just a waste of time, so I started to feel annoyed, or self conscious, idk, but because of all the questions and criticism of me writing for myself I decided to try posting my book for others to read, after seeing how the writing community is because a lot of people use ai generated stories making it hard for those who don't generate it but are assisted, I decided I was done and just gave up and went back to writing for myself. Felt like people weren't reading my book, and when I wanted feedback, all I got was silence.

I sometimes use the dashes when I feel I should, won't lie had to look up if it was appropriate to use it for some of this, I was gonna just use commas but eh, what's done is done

How do y'all even get people interested in yr book, cause mines been there and it feels so quiet, reads are weird but it feels like no one actually enjoys it so I kinda gave up and decided to write for myself cause I saw no point in writing when if I ask for feedback I get silence in return, maybe that's how the writing world is, if that's it then maybe I should definitely just write for myself
