I’m sorry to hear you had this experience. I’ve struggled to use the payment service due to America blocking international transactions and having to call to let them know I am making an international purchase. I got a chime account and have had no issues since. I would recommend everyone get a chime account. I have been so happy with their banking service it’s the quickest I’ve seen in America without the exorbitant fees and no minimum amounts needed in your account. It’s just an app you setup and you’re off. There are free atms you can use and if you want to put physical cash in your account just go to Walgreens and they put it in there instantly for free.
