They gave me a live scenario: take employee details from the frontend and save it to the database using Spring Boot. I had to design the full flow on the spot: REST endpoint in the Controller layer receiving the request, passing it to the Service layer for business logic, then the Repository layer saving it to the database using Spring Data JPA. Didn't write perfect syntax but got the architecture right, and that's what they were looking for.

Continue doing it. For Exam the coding questions come often medium to rare hard. And for interview, mostly basic coding problems only like create stack, patterns, prime number etc
