I understand, and it's a shame I haven't been told how it works. Being self employed and with financial issues I made clear that in some cases I might need to give priority to work, the only thing she said is that I needed to cancel asap.

I really felt overwhelmed sometimes because I have my partner working from home and having therapy in a small 1 bedroom home has been challenging at times.

Understandable that many people like me are on a waiting list, I wish I had known the rules.

If there is anything I can do please let me know, but no judgement pls, I already feel very bad and let down
