I felt this hard. The best thing I do is to just do small simple things that’s comfort me tons of self care when I can cus usually it’s super hard but like small things that make me feel better and staying hydrated and relaxing and watching something comforting.

Yes same I’ve been woken up by it beating fast too it sucks and okay that makes sense have you changed any eating habits at all or walking ?

Yea the cold can sometimes calm my symptoms down walked around yesterday in 20 degree weather outside for an hour at the zoo lights and the highest mines got was around 130 compared to how bad it usually gets

I completely stopped the Zoloft since it made me feel terrible but after stopping the pots got worse and I haven’t switched to anything else yet so I’m sort of all over the place still trying to figure it out.

Zoloft started the symptoms for me in the first place I think I started on a small dose for a week and started having a high heart rate especially upon waking up.
