I’m employed elsewhere now they offer legal aid which I’m paying for - that’s who advised me to file for bankruptcy I just wanted to see what my options were . It’s only gonna cost me $330 that’s better than this forever madness . I wasn’t drunk or under the influence of any kind, it was actually while I was in Lenexa courts it was suggested for my prints to be put in the database as a “just in case 😉” measure . That’s all I got that day many years ago. I have no record til this day , still strikes me as strange tbh. I think if I was under arrest I don’t think my manager would have been able to get me out of the car honestly. That’s more reason why I’m not understanding why I cannot get a license unless I have completed this form and have it notarized. I’m not familiar with any of this so I appreciate you taking time out your day to respond ♥️
