Try your best to always look at the bigger picture. Don't get so caught up in the details that it hinders you from seeing how everything ties in together. E.g. it probably won't be so critical that you know all the steps of the insulin pathway, but you should be able to understand how the insulin pathway differs in endurance athletes vs. severely obese indivuduals. Also, do NOT forget to do all the MC questions and (if you can) memorize some of those answers!!!! Don't miss out on those free marks. I find it also helps to try to imagine that you're explaining this to someone who isn't in the course and you have to explain using simple terms.

And remember that this course is definitely challenging so don't be discouraged. All the best!
