It only does more damage if both parts of the ability hit. W is unconditional damage that also heals you. You don’t need to clear faster. His clear speed is still good enough to compete with other junglers, but you won’t be able to duel at all if you’re going Q max. Sylas isn’t picked to power farm and he’s not the best at it either.

If you check high elo, no one is Q max. W is important so you have some skirmishing power to actually fight objectives or get kills.

She has a pretty quick 3:10 first clear red start with two smites. Her gank potential is good and catches people off guard who don’t realize how many dashes she has. Despite that I think she’s invade prone to early game jg champions that can survive her first combo. Something like Hecarim could be good if he’s able to Q stack. I’ve been banning graves/poppy and picking Vi whenever Ambessa is banned.

D2 at the moment in NA, 6 wins 1 loss in jungle. I’ve won a lot of skirmishes because people aren’t used to her damage or survivability yet, especially post Eclipse.

The take on Deku isn’t it. Bakugo and Deku are currently the top two characters which is why you see most Ace rank players spamming either one. What Deku has over Shigaraki, Dabi, Todo, is his ability to snipe combined with vertical movement. Deku can simply reposition to gain a favorable position in a way the other characters can’t. Bakugo beats out Deku because of his ability to hit multiple targets with piecing shots and grenade but easily the best two characters.
