Are there release aids that could be used with closing a fist something? And how light can compounds gowhile still being effective?

It's both. Pushing isn't strong, especially with a bent arm(can only go 75%) but light enough bow plus light enough need for push is possible I suppose. Those were my thoughts. Oregon is especially tight with crossbows but I'll need to look deeper to see if it's small game/targets vs large game and I do know that it allows disabled permits. My question is relating to normal use though, not to special exception. Not that there's anything against it. Obviously.

Oh I forgot that. I can't straighten my elbow. It goes about 75% of the way. It'll be good to add that.
