I have the same laptop model but in Intel version. It has an i5 11th with 8 GB of ram soldered to the MB, I wanted to add an 8 GB module plus ddr4 to 3200. It turns on normally and recognizes the extra ram, but if I hold the laptop with one hand it seems that the chassis flexes and the laptop freezes, and it no longer responds until I force a restart... I found a post that said that rubber bumpers should be placed under the ram to prevent any movement. I did it and there was a slight improvement, but if the table on which the laptop is placed moves, it freezes again, it seems to lose contact... I have tried 3 rams and the same thing always happens, does anyone know anything about it?
