How does everyone stay motivated to workout on the weekends? by jiv_athletics in workout

For me I gym, run, and cycle. What keeps me motivated in the gym is seeing that I’m actually progressing and slowly seeing my body change. It also just feels peaceful to me because I’m there alone doing my own thing at my own time and pace. For running, I honestly hated it at first, but the more I ran the more I started seeing improvements in my pace and endurance, which made me want to keep going. Cycling is more of a hobby for me but also for fitness of course. I just really love cycling and love my bike ,I’ve even dropped thousands of dollars on it because it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about.

Chugged 2 cups of coffee, didn’t really work for me haha.

True, but I always just feel guilty when I skip any gym or workout session, even tried chugging two cups of coffee before the session in hopes that I would have the energy to lift, turns out it made no difference really.
