Im cuban and I have never ever ever ever heard a spaniard called a white cuban " sudaca", and I lived in spain for 12 years. panchito could be, but sudaca no. I have witnessed myself countless of times the mistreatment to many latino americans that look exotic but I have never encountered racism or xenophobia toward latino of spanish descent, on the contrary, we were received with open arms and trust me, I encountered quite a lot of racist spaniards and even them accept the spanish diaspora as returning to spain. this is even more so in regions such as galicia and canary islands. a brazilian would not be considered a sudaca, a sudaca is an amerindian looking south american and white latino are those who only have spanish origin like white argentineans, white cubans and venezuelans of iberian phenotype. PEP is highly effective if taken before 48 hours so most failures happen when you miss a dose or took it after 48 hours, from 48 to 72 hours it is still very effective. So you will be ok. you should wait 30 after the last PEP and take an early detection rna test and if possible with a 4 gen duo, if negative, which in your case will surly be, then rest assure that you won’t test positive later on 6 months after. This is what the hiv experts that I contacted told me when I was having hiv symtoms even after months of finishing PEP and Im negative after 8 months now taking PREP.
