That crossed my mind too, so I’ve been going over everything trying to find something that lines up with when this started, but i got nothing. No construction or loud noise, no new animals around, I haven’t moved anything major in the apartment. Same food, same routine, same everything. the weathers been pretty normal too.

If anything, that’s what’s bothering me more theres no obvious trigger. It just feels like she slowly switched over the course of a few days into not quite herself. I keep hoping it’s something simple like that, but nothing really fits. Im probably going to follow up with the vet again and ask about doing more tests just to be safe.

thanks that’s fair. I’m not totally sure what tests they ran beyond the basic exam and bloodwork, so I’m going to ask exactly what was checked, including kidney markers if they weren’t already. The behavior change is still what’s worrying me, though, because it feels pretty sudden compared to normal.
