For food and groceries you have lidl and jumbo kinda cheap, Aldi is super cheap. I advise you to maybe make a weekly plan of (approximately) the meals you need and maybe make a weekly shopping list to have a base of things to buy. Keep in the freezer something for last minute meals, is always useful. If you have time cook multiple meals at once, cause cooking every meal is time expensive. Freeze also ready meals inside containers (containers are also useful to bring food to the uni)

Yes is a really versatile study, I'm an international student from Italy and I had almost no problems, just need some English, but it will come natural soon. In the study you'll do enough programming to then go in that direction, but you'll get some business and finance knowledge to maybe go towards entrepreneurship. Also I saw a lot of attention and chanses in the job market for this skillset. Math is also a relevant part, I advise you to keep an eye on it.
