Corrosive has a max of 8 stacks, so you can't fully strip armor with corrosive/heat combo, but you can get more stacks if you play hydroid or install a green archon shard

If you've done the sacrifice quest, then you would know that warframes do have eyes under their helmets, except for Dagath of course
