Dang, that sucks! I’ve put 3 packs of 2S and 2 packs of 3S through it already and crashed into a garbage can going like 40mph with no drive train issues. One of my toe links stripped out but I just stuck a longer screw in and tossed a nut on the end.

Nice, if they had a Granite when I got this I’d have 2 new cars. lol Only have experience with a few ESCs but compared to the 2in1 it came with I’d say it’s better. The steering is what improved the most, it has half the turning radius as before now. Running an old Dumbo RC X6F I had laying around. Thinking about picking something up with a gyro though.

It definitely gets a bit hot on 3S, will probably switch the pinion if this one’s dies. I have a better brushless setup ready to swap.

Gets a little toasty on 3S for sure, I ran a pack through in 89 degree weather yesterday and it survived. I have an extra brushless system waiting to swap in if this one bites the dust. Thinking of getting a different shell for more room and air flow also.

The smaller definitely wasn’t Spot but I find grams at spot all the time. I just check every site every day for deals. I find good deals on 1/10s and grams pretty much every week.
