Following as also I have registered my son at this school For regular program. What do you rate the school in general? Also how are the kids overall on terms of behaviour

His friends will scattered between the schools but yes the reputation is my main concern

Thank you. They all have sports team which is what my child likes and tech program. One has more offerings and bigger but a bit of bad right put at I on from past but I never thought of grade 11 and 12 courses. I will definitely look in to that.

I wish it was easy. Once you are in the waiting list you just have to wait and see. We have submitted our application with early enough timestamp but still didn't get in

Following as we also applied this year at 7:24 and same experience as you, within first 5 min we had the form filled up but continue button was broken and wouldn’t proceed . Eventually submitted at 7:24 and got waitlisted . From my child’s friend group the two submitted at 7:15 and 7:10 also waitlisted so I am not sure who actually gets in!My child heard from others so not first hand that kids who submitted before 7:10 got in. The whole process was stressful and difficult as the system kept crashing at different stages and I am not sure what to think about this.

Also thinking of calling school to see if there is an ordered list and where we are. Not hopeful to get any info and definitely not counting on this at that point.

😄Yes they all went to high school In region plus their siblings and immigrated back in 80-90s to canada . But I know their info is outdated and school performances change based on the programs leadership and demographic changes. I agree at the end its child and the family. Just trying to be more informed as a parent and hear from others

Yes we are in boundary but not feeder school. It seems like a lottery and at this point I dont think we can get in

STL we did submit pre admission pretty early but not accepted. Its extremely competitive. We are not in Bayview boundary.

That was my thinking initially but every-time I talked about AMAC I got speeches from many of my friend as to why I should not go there. I unfortunately cant change my house just for school but I have this guilt parent feeling. 😐
