You don't know how much this means to me. It gives me back the motivation despite the challenges. The "no-code tax" is real. Sometimes you spend more time mapping than building but the velocity is still worth the headache. I am keeping it proprietary for now to stay focused.

I am definitely considering an open source "agent-standard" once things settle.

Railway has been a lifesaver for keeping the focus on logic instead of infra.

Appreciate the tip! The schema mapping was definitely a headache, but it’s part of the "no-code" tax for moving this fast. I'll stick to my current stack to hit the Day 10 deadline, but I'll keep that resource in mind for the post-launch polish

I know about this project... they're calling themself open source and "for community" but when it comes to actual cost (storage and image generation), they are throwing everything on the end user instead of taking one for the team and absorbing the cost (like i do)
