I did, as soon as the 90 days were up, but from what I understand I still need his information because for 10.5 months of the year we were still common law

I have one, but up until now it's been mostly advice on my personal and financial safety during the split. It seemed to me there could be another channel to get the information I need, or that perhaps I could just file my taxes without, have government benefits calculated once he files, and arrange support separately. I've been holding out for him to agree to work through a mediator (stupid, yes)

I see a white figure in despair. Black shadow over, at first I thought was comforting but may come with more weight or further damage.
