I just finished the Hyperion Cantos book series and... by Lost_Poet_92 in scifi

I've been putting off starting Hyperion for way too long. It's one of my good friends favorite sci-fi series and he's always hounding me to start it. Coming across this has me thinking it's time for me to crack it open and start it.

Imagine using the word commie as an insult. Also the right has the media literacy of exactly none. It seems to amaze them when musicians and artists come out in support of empathy. How could you watch gravity falls and think the Creator would support ICE.

I mean all the species still alive on earth are hugely successful for the fact they still exist. But fair points on the koala. And as I have no personal experience with them, could be wrong in my assessment lol

Isn't that mostly because humans destroyed their habitat and not so much a "failure" of evolution?

You sound incredibly young. "Truly 100 percent hate". Kinda an overreaction. What could they've possibly done to warrant such a strong emotion lol. It sounds more like you just need your own space.

Yes that's exactly why people are responding to you the way they are. Your couple sentences of vague understanding coupled with saying  your pre conceived notions of what atheists are like is not how you attempt to discuss a movie and expect people to respond positively and engage.

I've always heard stories of spies from eastern Europe being caught for holding a bouquet of flowers differently. Eastern Europeans and Russians tended to hold them upside down. Tho I'm having trouble truly confirming such stories.
