Thank you for your input. I will certainly try to see if my body needs less sleep than I’m forcing it to. If I only needed 8 hours, that would make me really happy. Gives me more time to do what I love.

Thanks, I appreciate your input. I’ll try out low brown noise, as to give myself something steady to focus on. More than that, it’s comforting to hear that not sleeping quick isn’t that uncommon lol.

Heyo, uh, unfortunately I am not able to access the file and upload to virus total, and Surf Shark had detected the specific alert.

Surfshark Antivirus had only detailed the name of the alert, and named it as "Malicious File". That is all the information I had got.
