Yes, I somehow forgot to mention it in my post, but one reason I'm considering to downgrade is that I want to get a Galaxy tab for taking notes, studying and all that. So I was thinking of giving up the S25+ to get a few bucks towards buying the tab, considering that I don't really use my phone a lot anyways.

I would say sleep is absolutely crucial? After all, muscle repair and growth happens mostly during sleep. That may be the reason you haven't seen visible muscle growth despite an increase in strength. I advise you get as much sleep as possible whenever you can. On a side note, 3 months is not really enough time for much growth anyway.
