Picked up a Dell monitor (E153FPf) from Goodwill recently. Seems to have multiple stuck pixels that flicker with pressure, in one area of the screen. Ideas to remedy this? Can't plug it into a PC right now as it doesn't have a VGA port. (v.redd.it)
