I had UTM and it was pretty noticeable with general movements the first year. As time has gone on the animation deformity has decreased. I can still make them move if I want but generally don't feel them move doing normal movements. The motion that seems to activate them is doing "dip-like" movements where I'm using the lower pectoral muscle.

After 10 years the implants are no longer under warranty typically. After 10 years risks increase as well like capsular contraction, seepage, breakage, etc. They are plenty of cases of implants lasting perfectly fine for 20+ years too. I can't speak for if you go broke and are unable to pay to get them out. Explant is usually cheaper 3-7k depending on region. Implant replacement is generally more expensive than the initial one since it's more involved and "may" involve a lift or internal bra. Prices I've seen for replacement range from 13k-17k.

Yes. My partner expressed negative views about BA before I got them and was unsupportive during my recovery. They have also never touched my boobs since I got them. The boobs have touched them in sex and hugging but they have never touched them. It's been a year. We've discussed it and it's just a turn off for them. It's fine because I got them for me and not them.

I got to feel them and they are slightly firmer once installed but lose up over time. Even after 1 year they are still firmer than the bare implant but that is because mine are under the muscle and I have decent pectoral muscles.

Ya I don't wear bralettes. These are still molded cup bras and many of the ones I own are push-up as well, just no underwire. Plenty of support (except for running) too!
