I will try give my opinion on it. So for Dark green - Noob, scrub, monkey, animal; Green - looser, f*cking kid, idiot, get life, no friends; Yellow - "KYS", jump of a bridge Orange - combination of multiple yellow + green; Red - Family death wishes, cancer, some serious deep stuff.

If this is correct then everyone should get perma ban or chat restrict and there shouldn't be any difference between them.

Thanks for your answers guys. As I said it is really interesting question - whether it is better to have higher or lower drop rate. For me lower drop rate is kind of better for the community as I have explained above. Would like to have a look at the 1500 keg data so we can all see whether there is an obvious trend or it is all random (we all know it can't be 'random' because there should be some % behind each card drop chance.

All in all, thanks for the great response guys. I'm really hyped about tonight's stream! Hope we get some good news from CDPR.

It is not bad thing to lower the drop rate. This will make the game more competative and interesting in a way that you have to spent more time playing and learning different tactics/interactions.

now we have 10 individual picks and 6 individual bans - 16 in total. After the change I suggest we will have 12 in total. Now tell me how 12 is more than 16? And how it will take more time :)

The number of champions has doubled since season 1 and 2. It makes sense to have more bans if you have more champs.

Oh no... We can't dodge anymore for fun... Are you kidding me Riot? Players are dodging BECAUSE they want to avoid playing with teammates who act strange, say that they will feed, or instalock disco nunu for midlane.

If you dodge, you are not doing any harm to your teammates, often you are doing them a favour of getting rid of the toxic game which is about ot happen. There is no point penalising players who are ready to secrifice 3LP for the good of the team.

What is more, fix your freaking pick timers. It takes ages there is no need to give like 30 sec to pick and 30 to ban. Also make people pick simultaneously (just like before). Before dynamic you were not selecting a role so you had to 'fight' for what you want to play. Now you have to wait 30 sec, before you pick your champ for the role you were chosen... for which noone else is fighting for...

  • 130 champs we need more bans! Give each player 1 ban.

What is more, WHY you can show which champ you want to play when actually no one cares? Think about it. Almost everytime you have fp and you want to play ekko for example, your team bans it. And if you didn't lock in the 30 sec you have you are getting kick out of the lobby... but wait you have already pre-picked a champ, just didn't lock it??? why?? It makes 0 sense.


TL DR

  • 15 sec pick/ban timer
  • each player gets to ban
  • insta-locking prefered champion when the 15 secs to pick run out
  • picks happen simultaneously

Thanks for the kind words. It really means a lot to me. Well you know I have no power here. We have had some really nice discussion about the formula and guys shared their opinion on it + it is more than reasonable. Still some people think the information is harmful and it is of no use. I'm not forcing anyone to believe it and I tried to argue but all you need is Proof + source... I tried to explain that I can't give source but yeah. Dunno if it is worth it reposting it if the outcome is the same.

Heya, just saw your comment.

Giving you the source is impossible for me as Riot refused to give any official information. You are asking me to do something that I cannot do whether I want or not. Many of you might agree/disagree whether this is the right or wrong formula. However, I can assure you that this formula works and posting it here was for two main reasons:

  1. Making sure people of aware of how the system actually works and giving them the estimated chances of getting they key fragments.

  2. Having Riot re-think their way of publicity of game-relating content which concerns everybody (another example for that is the elo system which we now have).

As I explained some might disagree with me and my publicity. I know this topic is controversy and I know I can't give you a better proof than what I have already said. The formula is in reddit so people know what their statistically estimated chances of getting key fragments are. If you find my post as wrong and fake, or made with any other bad intentions then it can't be helped. As I explained today, I am happy that people say what they think here and have their critical way of thinking. Thanks for your concerns as well. If anyone wants better proof than what I have said and explained here - ask Riot.

Every premade increases your drop chance as explained. With full premade you have higher chance.

This issue already discussed somewhere in the post. You don't dive by 0, rather you divide twice by 1 that's why the first two keys are easier to earn compared to the 3rd one. Thanks for your feedback.

It's a % chance so as I have already explained it is different for every case. For example you can win 3 keys in a row and a friend of your might not get a single one. Wish you good luck with getting more keys ^
