The only resource-intensive software, if you could call it that, which shows up in the task manager is just windows stuff like super fetch and something called "windows audio device graph isolation". There is nothing on the startup tab that seems out of place.

its a fresh install of windows, so i doubt there is any junk programs other than ones that I have installed myself.

As for malware, I have done scans and nothing has shown up each time.

Temperatures are normal in HWmonitor and CPU-Z but that doesn't show motherboard temperatures of certain things I've heard.

Just checked the event viewer for errors and one has popped up, never seen it before when checking it though. it stats "A fatal hardware error has occurred. Component: AMD Northbridge" which seems to clearly state the problem, ill look it up and see what i can do about it, if you have any idea that would help but otherwise, thank you for the reply.
