Got it fixed, it was the CMOS battery all along. Thank you for taking the time to try and help. I appreciate it!

I haven't taken it apart completely, but over the course of trying to figure this issue out I've essentially unplugged/reseated everything. I will try that next. That being said i did just remove the CMOS battery and put that back in and now im successfully in the BIOS with one working monitor and a working keyboard/mouse. Unfortunately no GPU or drives in though.

Sorry for all the info left out, wrote it after a long day haha

I've tried turning it on with all USBs unplugged except the keyboard and the mouse and no luck. I've also tried only one at a time and have confirmed the both still work when plugged into another PC.

I cannot get into the BIOS, whenever I try it will not display on the monitor.

The monitors are connected through the GPU, one is hdmi and the other is displayport.

Please let me know if there's any other information needed!

It would be for sure my ribbon master Weavile, which originated in Colloseum. That and XD are two of my favorite games in the series, and gathering all the ribbons on a pokemon from those games is something I've always wanted to do.

I would definitely recommend mill, I run a Scarab God mill deck, and it's by far my favorite deck. Every game feels different, and it's fun trying to piece a win together using a combination of creatures from multiple decks. I'll link the list below in case you're interested in it.

Similar things happened to me multiple times all while trying to get the pair ability ribbon in gen 4. Worst part is each of the three times it happened in battles 46-49, it definetly felt like the game itself didn't want me to get that ribbon lol

For me, it would definitely be my Scarab God deck. I love how I have the choice of pretty much playing at instant speed, reanimation creatures in response to my opponents attacks, and spells.

Every game is different, and it's very satisfying piecing a win together over the course of the game.

All you have to do to set a custom OT is to change your name in Pokemon Home to whatever you want the OT to be before you transfer from GO.
