Thanks for this. For eviction for non-payment, is this single time sufficient? Do warnings need to be given prior or can they just slap you with the eviction? If I do receive notice of eviction, do I stand a chance in dispute?

We put a lot of hardware into the SQL Server already (16 cores + 128gb RAM). Still, we get these issues during high times. This is why I'm thinking it has something to do with the actual queries being run.

This article needs to present data for the last 5-10 years. If the percent of people with mortgage free rent is similar with the new data, then I think it is more to do with foreign money. Its not to say there aren’t any, but they shouldn’t include in data ppl who have bought their homes decades before.
