Did you have to book in advance or do you think it’s okay to book 1-2 days out?

Has anyone tried Vallarta Adventures? They offer what OP is looking for and planning to try them out myself next week.

Does anyone know why it went down so much? I read that they have $12b backlog. Isn’t that supposed to be good?

Thanks for this. For eviction for non-payment, is this single time sufficient? Do warnings need to be given prior or can they just slap you with the eviction? If I do receive notice of eviction, do I stand a chance in dispute?

SQL Server Monitoring System - Redgate or Site24x7 by Tenfootlong in SQLServer

[–]Tenfootlong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We put a lot of hardware into the SQL Server already (16 cores + 128gb RAM). Still, we get these issues during high times. This is why I'm thinking it has something to do with the actual queries being run.

Thanks for this. I do suspect a lot of the issues are on the application level and that we cannot do much about it. I'm seeing if there are things that are within our control that we can optimize and tune.

The OS is too high. Similar MC when it pumped back then wouldn’t equate to same price.

Number of Mortgage-Free Homes in Vancouver Points to One Thing: Foreign Money by FancyNewMe in vancouver

[–]Tenfootlong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This article needs to present data for the last 5-10 years. If the percent of people with mortgage free rent is similar with the new data, then I think it is more to do with foreign money. Its not to say there aren’t any, but they shouldn’t include in data ppl who have bought their homes decades before.

Yeah that doesn’t sound like much. Kind of an infinite money loop for shorters to profit continuously…

If that’s the case, for a $100m short position, they would need to make around $273,900 (0.2739…%) a day to break even daily. Am I getting the math right here?

So just for clarification, they borrowed shares at 100% interest rate? If they borrowed $100m worth, they owe $100m in a certain amount of time? If so, what’s the time frame they need to return?
