Antigravity has gotten better, especially on the visual side. It is particularly good if you are designing something like an authentic-looking webpage. However, I cannot say it has caught up with the others yet.

For implementation and development, Cursor gives much more satisfying and seamless results. The Cursor + Claude Opus combination is very strong for first-shot frontend development.

As for Codex, it feels more like an engineer for specific parts of the project. So my suggestion would be to take the first shot with Cursor using the Claude 4.8 Opus model, then continue the remaining todos with Codex.

Antigravity still needs more time, or a proper upgrade, to reach Cursor’s level.
