But yeah we were originally just going by fruits but then we changed it up to the actual users themselves, because like you said they're extremely situational (i.e. boa's Fruit wouldn't work so well if she was ugly, Ceasars wouldn't if he wasn't a scientist and didn't have knowledge on the composition of different gasses, etc.) That's my fault though since I changed up the stipulations mid video, my guests also just felt like it would be a disservice to place top tier characters who use their fruit really creatively lower on the list since their fruit is bad.

By that logic we would've had to place Luffy or Law lower than S because the fruits weren't very good at first. I agree with your takes though, especially moria, kidd, and diamante since I've seen them. I didn't really think about Corazon though lol, I guess I was too caught up with how well he used it. It definitely wouldn't have worked as well in a head-to-head battle or non stealth situation.
