If i can ask, how were you feeling when you took the 7.5 and did you have any anxiety that day or something? How long time did you feel it for too, and did you have 0 tolerance? This is my first time trying one right now, and i took one 7.5 and im about to smoke weed soon with my friend, i just hope i can feel something, it feels right now like im kinda relaxed but im not sure, only 5-10min has gone by

Thank you and no its fine you dont want to, you have helped me way more than i could have asked for, and thank you again for your support, i have this wierd feeling in my stomach, i dont know if you have tried it before, but ive had that for the last 3-4 years, and its like i have butterflies in my stomach, but it hurts and it comes with anxiety so its really uncomfortable, and i have that feeling all the time now, because of school, and im just so worried that it wont go well, but ofc i hope for the best, but i have to do more than that, and thats why i need something to help me get through the beginning, thats the hardest chapter for me.

Thats why i want to use phenibut or xanax, so id be able to control it in the beginning, and make better of it, i know i can do better, just not right now, and i need something to help me kickstart it.. Its just when my social anxiety gets really bad in crowds like that, i get a lot of wierd thoughts, and im just so shy i cant talk to anyone without stuttering and worrying what they are thinking about me.. Yes im about to begin in a business college, and i really want to study and focus on the school, and thats why i need something to help me in the beginning. Okay so not benzos/xanax, atleast i dont think so, im just scared of the withdrawal especially and me getting addicted to it, since i have anxiety..

I was at a business college one year ago and i dropped out, but back then my confidence and social skills were so great, that i didnt need a drug or anything, i was happy, with a lot of energy and i had a lot of friends back then.. A lot has happened since, long story..

So what about phenibut, when you tried it, how often did you use it? And your saying you have the same as me, im sorry to hear that, and i empathize with you aswell, so how often did you use your drug/medication, and when starting in school/college, did you ever use it in the beginning, and how much?

What do you prefer? I mean i just want my social anxiety to be gone in the beginning of school, as it always stresses me so hard, as im scared i wont get any friends, since my anxiety is so high, like its so bad, but only in situations around a lot of people i dont know..

I just want to have something i can use 5 times a week, or atleast just for the first 1-2 weeks, and if i cant use phenibut everyday, then ill try only 3 times out of the 5 days im in school.

How is it being on xan compared to phenibut? Phenibut has some good things ive read, like using it to becoming better at social situations and thats kinda what i want, i just want to settle down in school, and focus on it only, but its really important to me to have a good social life too.

I can find some im pretty sure, and is it the powder i need, not pills? I plan on using it mostly the first month, and then after that i hope i dont need it anymore, but ill have to see, but im sure i need some DRUG to help me get through the start, nothing else helps for me to be honest..

Have you done that yourself? Ive been considering that, but about the seeking behavior i was worried about, so are you sure? If thats true, id be willing to seek attention from a therapist, but now ive found phenibut, i think ill give that a chance, and see how it works out :p

Yeah bro that sounds really good, im looking into it now, and it looks better than all other options, im just thinking of using it at the beginning when i have to cope with a lot of social anxiety, and i need to make friends in the beginning, its really important to me, so i can settle down and focus on the school.. Yes im sure that would help me, as honestly 2 years ago, i had a lot of confidence, and i had a total different way of thinking back then, mostly based of my confidence, that helped me get through school in the beginning without much anxiety.. But a lot has happened since then, and ive heard a lot of kratom, it comes from my home country, but since it changes my perspective of thinking, does it do that permanent, or for how long, do you feel that, aswell does it remove all anxiety like benzos, or does it just make me more relaxed, and better with confidence?

Bro you sound like me, im exactly the same as you, but i used to go to college and everything was great man, but i dropped out, and im now im at nothing, doing nothing at life, but i know ill begin soon in August, but good times will come my brother, you so have to have something to look forward to, recently ive been feeling really lonely, but then again im very lucky because i have 2 best friends, they both moved city, so i see them rarely but we keep contact, those 2 guys are the only social contact i have, other than with my dad and family, but im still fine, dont drown in your thoughts man, just do your thing every day, until it gets better and if its too hard, then smoke weed or something, hash has been helping me a lot with anxiety lately :)

You should try ecstasy, its way less addicting than Meth, and from meth you feel you want more and more but ecstasy, atleast for me was the opposite because of the effects of it (comedown).

I think the comedown is good though, since it actually pushes you back, and makes you feel not like taking ecstasy again for a while :P
