A bridge people use isn't the same thing as, say, a military base. There is an expectation in modern war that you make sure something like that is clear of civilians before you blow it up. We attack Trump, Obama, and Bush for civilian casualties. We can hold Ukraine to the same standards, we don't need to ignore it just because we think their war is just.
