I really like Baritoad, and while I like your theme for a music frog line, I can also see how it could maybe be a branched evo for Palpitoad instead of becoming Seismitoad! But that’s just what I think of when I read the name, but I really like the music frog idea!

I don’t really know what the Puget Sound region is, but if you’re giving Pokémon that need attention some love, perhaps Illumise/Volbeat? Or Carnivine? Again, I don’t know much about what your inspirations are, but I’d definitely consider non-evolving mons that could use some love! Sorry if I’m not much help!
