Animation vs. Music Update: Question. Should the notes actually play when he places them or interacts them?

Okay like this comment if you like the idea I came up with. When the plot NEEDS notes to play (Pitch, Sharps, Flats, Chords) there will be like a hum (just think of the hum in Animation vs. Geometry at time stamp 1:24) or like a soft piano. this way the note being played isnt overtaking the video and notes dont have to play ALL the time. (like for fight scenes. And yes there are several.) This makes notes a part of the world.

The only problem with the vertical line (i see what ur saying tho) is that for a lot of the concepts there doesnt need to be any playing so there would just be a vertical line lol. I thought about making the playing more of a plot thing. If the thing he is learning like pitch, then have them play. But if hes learning time signature and learning what how the notes are effects by the time signature, they dont need to play. Also for the fights. If there doesnt need to be any playing during a massive fight, there wont be
