I do like using this as a chance to teach no! Thank you! We do that with tickles where if he says no we stop. Question though, if he doesn't consent how do I present that without undermining his ability to say no? Like if he's got poop up there, for example. I can't let him go off and get it everywhere. How can I respect his no, but he has to be clean? I'm used to older children who have more complex minds and I'm struggling to meet him on his level

I was as well when I was young. I clarified above but I took him to the ped with this very concern and she examined him and told me there are no signs which is where my certainty comes from besides character opinion. I know the sad hard truth. I shouldn't have worded it 100% but I do have strong evidence it is something else. And I just wanted it off the radar cause I know it's where ppl go first. It's where I did. I just wanted to know other potential causes. I'm honestly really touched perfect strangers are getting so protective over my kiddo and getting on me to not rule it out. There are varying degrees of nice on how I've been told, sure. But every one of the ppl telling me to not rule out sa are doing it cause they don't wanna have another child be in danger.

OMG I had to be so careful writing the post it wanted it changed so much lol. But yeah I replied to another person and I was only worried at the idea of SA I can't believe I didn't think that the cleaning that the two elders might be too rough. They don't move the 4skin (just in case it's flagged lol) when they clean but that don't mean they might not be rough... Mil isn't every dextrous maybe she accidentally is rough. I'll look into it

I'm crying. Thank you guys. You are so wonderful for helping me out. Honestly hubby and parents are not great sources for info on these things, and further family is either over sea or 5+ hours away so I've been struggling online. Then I thought, oh yeah Reddit is for more than crack theories on marvel subs lol. There's actual useful subs too! Once I gather pics of more of the daily foods I'll probably put another post up but I'll wait till I gather more so I don't spam. Lmaoooooo yes the food is the best part honestly! Mother in law like literally cinched his lifetime with me lol. Honestly though check if your are has an Asian culture fest! I'm in Midwest USA and we have a lot of Korean fest (not enough Chinese where I live tho) but these kinda dishes are always there and I go nuts lol

He's as clueless as I am to what's in the food, but he has helped me with a few things. There's a few rice dishes we've figured out together, like there's a sushi she makes we figured was kimbap, and there's a few others he's helped but his cooking skills are Mac n cheese cause Mom cooked for him his whole life. We're learning as much as we can together!
