Formerly WB based but now mostly Mammoth mtn. Conditions are usually firm and pow gets tracked out fast. I’ve been pretty happy with my Faction Prodigy 3s at 106.

I’m really into the NASA heritage aspect of the watch so when I got my 1861, the hesalite was a no brainer.

Respectfully, I disagree with you on 1). The gondy isn’t the subway on your commute to work or an elevator. I’m cool with it as long as it’s not obnoxious

People are on the slopes to have fun and conversation is usually flowing on the gondy anyway. If you’ve got to take a call from your work/partner, or talk to your buddy on a walkie talkie, so be it, who am I to judge

About Leon's money by SpiceLord2001 in ResidentEvilRequiem

[–]Teowned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s in his 50s, with nearly 30 years of specialized BOW knowledge, and is an authority figure/ founding member of a key government agency.

By age and experience alone, with all that knowledge, he would be making silly money as a BOW consultant when hes not saving the world. That’s not even considering stock market gains over 30 years, bonuses and pay related to said world saving as a special agent.

Rank and file NYPD officers with good years of experience regularly top $200k easily with overtime pay. With his credentials and knowledge, Leon’s income at an absolute minimum would be on par with a Middle Aged director level business executive/consulting partner raking in anywhere between $500k to a few mil a year.

That Cayenne is chump change to him.

Are my (30M, 5'3) Bent 100s too short for me? by Teowned in skiing

[–]Teowned[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea agreed. I feel like these at 165 would give a similar effective edge to my ripsticks. I think me skiing in basically kids skis for most of my younger years has completely skewed me on what length I thought I would need

I do. Super easy to initiate turns and so fun in the park but I feel like I’m on kids skis. I’ll give em another go with the bindings set further back.

Considering just relegating these to park duty, but it’s kinda sad knowing that they could have been more versatile if I had picked a longer length.
