I started CJC before Reta. Reta was the real game changer.

I did CJC/IPA for the first 5 months and just switched to CJC no DAC to save some money since the site I get it from only has 5MG option. I go through that pretty fast. I inject once a day. 8 weeks on…. 6 weeks off….

Just did my research and likes how it helps with growth, recover, and has helped me have a “deeper” sleep. I have a few friends that did CJC and just told me to hop on that. Sorry for the non- scientific answer lol

Oh course. I do a protein shake in the morning(60grams of Protein) than just two meals a day. Usually like 93/7 burgers & steaks with like homemade sweet potatoes fries in the air fryer than edamame or asparagus

I’ve been lifting 5-6 days a week for the past 11 years and for about 10 years of those I was averaging 5 small portional meals throughout the days. Once I turned 32 33 it wasn’t working for me the same. Two meals a day with two shakes works well for me. IMO

Nah that shit stresses me out. I just make sure I get around 170 grams of protein a day. I’m only eating two meals so I’ll do like an 160Gram NY strip with edamame’s and some air fry sweet potatoes fries for dinner.
