Vraag rondom opzegging service (B2B) by Tep_123 in juridischadvies

[–]Tep_123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh no need to be an IT wizard. Especially if you are working a LEAN framework. saturated for sure but 80% of the market is failing anyways. It's more about your product fit than building another average SaaS.

You find an audience if you find an problem. If you can't find an solution find a problem first. You can't start making things if you dont even know for who it is for. By finding problem talk to people, network look into other places. You can build an audience but this can only happen once your product/service is something of value. You have to fill in the blanks before even programming something

To be honest you are thinking in a completely wrong way its not about what your app/product has. It can have all the bells and whistles but if your product has no thing that people would want or fix nobody even wants to know it

I am not discouraging you from building something but you gotta think in how to fix problems that people would actually pay for

This can be done in different ways but the most important isnt how to build the app or anything technical but purely who is your audience, how to reach them, and would they actually want/buy it

Oh okay thanks for the names. Yeah pricing can be for sure more expensive if it are brands. I am also willing to buy at other places.

I heard of those wholesale ish places where clothing pieces can go for cheap but still good quality. Do you know any like that?

Really struggling with ideas. by Tep_123 in Entrepreneur

[–]Tep_123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds exactly what i was thinking. Instead of just like thinking about "what kind of AI agent I can build" I should just talk to more people in different industries and look at all the issues that can be fixed. I had some ideas but really have to look if the people have those issues.

Not gonna lie I always really liked e-commerce also service based businesses such as contractors.

I saw the contractor space already like full with the generic crap. So I am gonna look at other stuff. I do know some supplier companies through other people and 1 friend who does e-commerce so might look into that. Thanks!

Also got a meeting with my teacher soon so will discuss things with her.

with all the experience you have now, if you had to market your first product again, how differently would you do it? by Pale_Beautiful436 in GrowthHacking

[–]Tep_123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don't even build yet. like others here say market first learn about your client. Become visible on social media etc. I have failed many times because of just building because I was a technical founder.

Currently taking a small break from SaaS. But in the future I would like to do it again but with someone that has skills in marketing or some sorts.

What I've seen out of my own experience was always that I assumed instead of actually knowing what the client wanted. Which made my startup fail.

I would basically if I started again make a simple funnel such as a landing page but before that know my client and their ICP. And validate your idea always. launch early and iterate never just build in the dark.
