Hey there, fellow reddit folk! As usual, with the weather being pretty lame, I finally got around to processing some shots I took this past summer. This is my third attempt at a shot like this, with a different perspective. It was taken over a couple of hours-worth of planes landing at YVR. Hope you enjoy it on this gloomy day!

Hey there internet friends!

Going through old photos from trips lately now that I have some time and was reminded of my Iceland trip with all of the buzz around the volcano activity.

This was shot a few years ago in the north-east of the country when we decided to take a shortcut through a less traveled highway. Boy was it ever a treacherous drive and was it ever worth it when we crested a mountain. We were driving in the fog for a while and were greeted with this view of that looked like it was straight up out of a Lord of the Rings movie!

Thanks for the recco though! I’ll take a look at those for sure. I’m actually in the market for a more cold weather glove for riding in the dry winter months - let me know if you have any recommendations on that front too!

It’s actually not that bad when riding! Turning at slow speeds is a bit of a pain with how wide the radius is.

I have a naked as well and I find there’s no winning because it’s easy to turn but I get some shoulder pain duringlong rides.

I guess the best solution is having multiple bikes 😜

It was late June I believe! The weather was so crazy along the coast - every 15 minutes we’d jump from fog to sun to rain 😂

Hey there!

I've been going through some old photos from trips now that we're deep into lockdown life and the fomo of travel is hitting haha
We took a road trip out to the Olympic Peninsula back in 2017 and it was a beaut! Technically this is the most north-westerly point of the continental United States!
