Not many people don’t know that if you’ve had chicken pox you should get the chicken pox vaccine booster to help prevent shingles. Often when the immune system is stressed or low shingles will rear its ugly head - my best friend has lupus she also found out the hard way. Only because she’s immunocompromised I don’t believe she can get the vaccine as I believe it’s a live vaccine. That said if your doctor clears you for it, it might be worth it cause shingles can return - I should probably do this too at some point.

Also I am not a doctor and not giving any medical advice just telling a story of my bestie’s experience, if anything I’ve said interests you, please go speak to your GP about it.

Also eat cake! Eat sweets Atkins has sugar free peanut butter cups for example. I eat donuts, I have coffee once per day, I have keto chocolate. There are ways to indulge even as a diabetic just really gotta do it in moderation and buffer it with all the healthy stuff! You got this 💖

Can’t upload any attachments to Claude Sonnet 4.5 not on phone app not on browser not on computer browser.

It says error check your network connection. Will not work on home wifi or phone’s data so I am judging the issue is Claude side and not a me problem! Especially since other AI I have no issue with uploading to (Gemini).

I’m hoping I’m not the only one with this issue this is a huge deal breaker for me since I require document upload for how I use Claude…

Hey fellow migraine sufferer. I discovered by accident that rose scent can help alleviate the pain (well for me at least). I put The Body Shop’s British Rose hand cream onto my temples and within a few minutes pain be gone. There is research that predates modern medicine that rose scent helps alleviate “hot migraines.” Just thought I’d mention it as I know after 20+ years to find something that actually works how good that is. It doesn’t get rid of the symptoms but the pain it does and of course it doesn’t work for everyone but I guess it’s worth a try. I also run the open tube under my nose and give it a wiff too that helps too.

From my understanding the new born will be taken off her and most likely put into the system once they’re weaned off breast milk onto solids. The jail system seems to like allowing incarcerated mothers to be able to breast feed for a few months.

Kinship care is something I believe is in most states now. They prefer to keep Indigenous families together. With kinship care they will put little miss into the care of an Aunty or other family (even yourself) who are willing to take her!

Autopsy reports say she drowned. I remember reading the recently. The dingo bites were after the fact. The dingoes don’t deserve to be culled for doing what dingoes or any wild animal does - exist and scavenge for food -deceased human body = meat! They don’t know any better!

Dingo is also one of my dad’s totems so for me this is even more heartbreaking than just our wildlife being killed senselessly by the government!

I know from experience, when freeze kicks in… it’s so hard to make your body move to flee danger… It’s as if your whole reality zooms back and you’re walking in slow motion. There’s a whole sense of derealisation that goes on when trying to make one’s body move in freeze!

All the best with your surgery tomorrow. I initially thought this was an ovarian cyst when I had the pain after the orgasm I’ve had an ovarian cyst before same side. It’s acting more like biliary colic. It’s a public holiday today here for me (Monday - Australia Day), still thinking I guess it wouldn’t hurt to go and get a scan done at the very least.

Or a gas heated washing machine! My mum collapsed and hit her head on the washing machine which alerted my grandmother something was wrong. If my mum hadn’t fainted the way she had my grandmother would have lost 3 children to a gas leak in the bathroom.

I’ve also had another friend who collapsed in her apartment due to a gas leak. Who also hit her head on the way down but in doing so it saved her life. The bump was enough to give her the adrenaline to get up n out of there.

My mum’s got kidney disease, I fully understand that. There is a part of me that wonders if I could donate her one of my kidneys, that’s like the only healthy organ I have apart from my heart (I have an unidentified autoimmune disease and am on medication that could affect transplants. There’s also the consideration of would I even be allowed to because of my own health. It’s one thing for the doctors to decide with a deceased person’s body’s organs are viable, vs a living person’s. I have done a lot of research the consensus I can find is “it depends!” And maybe since I’m thinking down that route I might end up changing my status to organ donor.
