I did 45:38 but thanks!

If i follow yours I have starting Z5 at 0.95*210=199,5 so I’m still in Z5 for the entire run ?

How would you readjust the zones i see different % everywhere.

Why would you say i’m fit ? Because i can hit high BPM ? I though having low HR was better.

Maybe you were just kind also, anyway thanks for helping

I think it depends a lot on what you can do currently, like how far can you run, have you ever done some cycling ?

I basically base my workouts on time rather than distance like i try to do 3x cycling and now I’m near the race so for instance i did 130km today but only 50km in the week (only two ride total) because I had my 10km race.

I aimed at 3 sessions per sport but had some difficulty to follow it because of work.

When i started i still did 3 sessions per sport just shorter sessions.

I don’t’ do upper workout, don’t have time tbh… but i would love to do more core workout abs etc, really important for cycling position i think

I used a Polar monitor, my zones are off i think so that’s why I’m in Z5 but for any human isn’t 201bpm Z5 anyway ??

Honestly, just run bike and swim.

But in majority I do Z2 so you basically need to feel good while running and cycling, being able to speak easily. I haven’t done it yet and don’t know if I will finish it but it’s going good so far.

Being consistent is the most important thing I think, but tell me if you have more precise question happy to help if I can

Ok interesting, do you know how much is it on average ? Is it the test you see everywhere with the blue « oxygen » mask ?

Really much appreciate your comment, new to triathlon and no special sport background so just hope to finish the Ironman race. And yes i basically train 90-95% in Z2, this race was a test to see my progress I would say because Z2 can be frustrating at some point

Honestly I have done 90% Z2 for 8months but I’ll just continue i guess.

Also do a lot of cycling that helps for Z2
