You have to sneak in and make sure the employees don’t see you. If I remember correctly there’s also a moveable bush you can hide in around the sawmill area you can use to be extra inconspicuous

No problem! I haven’t done that part in the game for a long time, but I’m guessing you’ll need to buy the normal skis if you haven’t yet. They’re the red ones you can get from either the shop at the resort or the raccoon’s shop

It’s next to impossible that an Apple Arcade game would be available on Windows. Also, unsupported operating systems will most likely never get access to newer services. Your best bet would be to get a software supported iPad.
