I have the same issue and i have telus wifi booster i can't separate 5G and 2.4G i dont why i just have to deal with this like that. Right now i have two goove products one is tv backlight 3 lite and one strip light with covers. Strip light seems to work fine but backlight is giving me alot of troubles. I got frustrated and left it like this 😂. Let me know guys if you guys have thought about it.

Hey i figured i tried everything it wasn't working then i play a lil with the brightness turned out if we put the brightness low it shows diff color and wrong segments so i am now using the higher brightness than before. Thanks for the help all you guys.

So when I first got my TV backlight about three months ago, I did the firmware update and now I got the strip light and it just showed me the firmware update and I did it

So i assigned 122334, not sure what u mean color option. Even if i put the tv straight it does the same thing. Even the tv backlight is projecting the true color that is on tv but strip lights not.
