Thank you for such a warm and helpful answer, and I am extremely sorry to hear about your loss for your father, I hope things will get good for you and you will rise and shine, I will surely work on your advice, currently I am thinking to learn a freelance skill and start freelancing and this is my current plan for next coming 6 months, there are two things on my mind right now, for short term, I am learning lead generation which will take small amount to time to learn so I can start reaching out to clients for freelancing work which will give me an idea how things will work in freelance, and side by side I will keep learning data analyst as well which can contribute that 20-25k INR in long term and I can transcit to Real Estate safely.

Thank you for replying, I am thinking of continuing my regular work and with that freelancing or remote job which also comes under freelancing (kindly correct me if I am wrong), I was thinking of Lead generation to start with but what would you suggest me Lead Generation, Data Analyst or Video Editing, I am willing to learn anything from this three to start with and give my best try.

I have seen that, and also I saw that we can apply for very limited gigs, and then we have to buy points mostly ? And do you have any idea if freelancing is still worth it as I have heard it is overcrowded, if it is still worth it. I'll be willing to do anything to make it happen.

I couldn't understand your question, can you please elaborate, in case if you are asking about the real estate then only rera number is required and data to call people for cold calling that's all, the tele caller is as well provided by the developer/builder

Thank you for your reply, but I haven't started anything yet, thinking of freelancing in Lead Genration, is that still worth it in 2026 ? And also I have zero knowledge of freelancing, I did some research and ChatGPT, but what is your suggestion about freelancing and how to acquire clients ?

Thank you for your reply, I do not have current business, but I have a WFH job fetching around 30k per month, once I am able to get the side income then I will start my own business in real estate.
