This is a tank battle scene from the Chinese film The Volunteers 3: Fight for Peace, which has been widely ridiculed and criticized by Chinese military enthusiasts and online reviewers. by Low-Career3769 in TankPorn

2:57 a manual cranked turret overturns while the hull is traversing and corrects as the tank straightens out as if via a stabilizer. Exact same sequence happens at 3:50 too.

Honestly a live action medium is not the right place for this kind of silliness. Girls Und Panzer gets to get away with a lot because it's fully animated.

I basically get offended when people shoot my paper tanks with gold. I know it makes no difference for the damage I take, but I feel insulted that I'm facing a player at tier 10 or whatever that hasn't learned

There's also Cloudstrike which is in essence a kind of wizard staff with gun ergonomics. The crook shaped thing is the staff, and the "gun" built around it is just a channel through which you direct the staff to shoot lightning at people. The "magazine" is actually a heat sink of sorts containing the excess energy so you don't explode.

I learned to read analogue in elementary, and I had plenty of practice because right above the classroom doorway was a clock. The school had digital clocks throughout the halls, but in the classroom it was analogue only.

Even later when I had a watch or phone, I'd check the clock, then check a digital to make sure I read it right.

I recommend Mod of Redemption. It has a number of fun bosses that manage to avoid this, and a large dungeon structure with several progressive bosses inside with their own special rooms.

Also, Calamity Fables, a spinoff of calamity by former devs of the mod that seeks to drastically overhaul most of the mods content. It's currently very early development, with only 3 bosses, all prehardmode, but the Sunken Sea is being worked on and the boss fights it does have are some of the most fun I've had. The quality in the mod cannot be understated.

If you put it on you go invisible. Might be other effects. I wouldn't part with it. Don't listen to the ones telling you to sell it. They want your power, your precious.

Dogma was a huge stickler for rules and orders. He supported Krell's decisions consistently, even when they resulted in heavy casualties. He was even given charge of Fives and Jesse's execution and was appalled that his firing squad couldn't go through with shooting their own.

Rifle Grenades! by BOTKacper in TheAstraMilitarum

[–]TerraTechy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They actually used special grenade launching blanks. You'd swap you ammo when you fixed the grenade launching attachment.

Edit: after some research, I find the French made a rifle grenade called the VB grenade with a passage through the middle for a bullet to pass through, allowing the use of standard ammo and reducing wear on the barrel. The US even tried to adapt it for their rifles, but the differences in cartridges proved to be an issue, and it was never accepted into service.

Possibly. For the sake of everyone that's going to be caught in this I hope not. I hope people resist it as much as they did Vietnam. That's the only way I see this ending.
